FACET, A NATIONAL OUTPLACEMENT & CAREER MANAGEMENT CONSULTING FIRM, OPENS DOORS IN PITTSBURGH

(Pittsburgh, Pa.) – FACET, a national outplacement and career management consulting firm, has opened an office in Pittsburgh to offer its human resource services throughout the city and surrounding area.

“Returning to Western Pa. to establish an office and work near my home town of Beaver Falls is a dream come true,” said Carolyn Greco, President and CEO of FACET.

Carol Rogulski Estok, a Western Pa. native and teacher for over 30 years, will be spearheading delivery and marketing as the Senior Career Specialist for the greater Pittsburgh area.

“Her teaching background as well as know-how in running a business is the perfect combination for us,” said Greco.

FACET has been providing outplacement and organization development consulting to businesses and individuals for more than 30 years and has regional offices throughout the U.S. and affiliate offices worldwide through its partnership in the Global Outplacement Alliance (GOA).   The corporation offers maximum utilization of human resource potential and productivity through efficient hiring, training and career development to their clients.

With its holistic and results-based approach, FACET provides highly individualized, classic services that are personal, respectful and supportive.

As one of its first services in the Pittsburgh area, FACET is working with Horsehead Corporation in Monaca, Pa. to reemploy those affected by the pending factory shutdown.

FACET will be on site at the Union Hall in Bridgewater, Pa., on Tuesdays 9AM-4PM, through March 2014 for resume development and career counseling as requested by United Steel Workers President, John Jeffers. Estok will be joining the FACET team on site to offer her expertise.

“Our services will help workers who have been affected by the company’s restructuring to stand out in the job market and get the best job at the best pay as soon as possible,” said Greco.
