(Lafayette, La.) – A Lafayette restaurant supplier has signed on as a sponsor for the 2013 EatLafayette™ by Lafayette Travel campaign. The campaign launches June 17 and runs through September 2 and touts The Fly Lafayette Club as its title sponsor.
 
Hilton's Restaurant Supply is one of the most respected and longest-standing kitchen supply companies in Louisiana.  Founded in 1939, they have earned a reputation for reliability, personalized service and providing an extensive inventory of commercial kitchen equipment, supplies and parts.  In addition, they are one of the few companies in the area that leases ice machines.
 
 
“We are proud to serve a wide range of customers throughout the region, including restaurants, bars, hospitals, hotels, nursing homes, schools, caterers, cafeterias -- virtually any type of commercial kitchen,” says Valerie Rawlings, owner of Hilton’s Restaurant Supply. “The EatLafayette campaign is a natural fit for our business allowing another avenue for us to support our industry.  We are locally owned and so are the 71 participating restaurants.”
 
Over the years the company has evolved to meet the changing needs of restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout Louisiana and committed to helping customers in any way possible -- going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
 
 
The team at Hilton's is dedicated to staying on top of the latest trends, equipment and developments in the restaurant industry. They accomplish this by attending various conventions, expos, seminars and training sessions on a regular basis.  By keeping up with the latest the industry has to offer, they are able to help their customers stay abreast of the newest and best commercial equipment and supplies.

Since its founding in 1939, Hilton's Restaurant Supply has grown with Louisiana bringing its customers the latest equipment and supplies the industry has to offer.  Their current team of employees has over 40 years of experience and is highly experienced and knowledgeable about the restaurant and commercial kitchen industry.

It is year nine for EatLafayette by Lafayette Travel and year three for title sponsor Fly Lafayette Club. This year’s edition of the campaign that celebrates and markets Lafayette, Louisiana’s one-of-a-kind locally owned restaurants signed up 71 participants, a record number.
 
It was a simple concept of helping locally owned eateries attract customers that have grown to a multi-media campaign that now spans 11 weeks beginning June 17.  The campaign is funded by sponsorships, registration fees, Lafayette Travel and support by local media groups.
